I picked up a couple of the books you guys suggested in my last journal, and have found myself really enjoying Elantris by Brandon Sanderson. Rumor has it that he's gonna be the fella finishing up the Wheel of Time Series for the late Robert Jordan. Not a bad choice, I'm finding.

I have gotten some incredible help and feedback from some of you guys on the story that I'm writing, and it really is lighting a fire under my ass to get me to write more. Woe to the readers. I made a poll on my stock account asking about how often people read from the Literature gallery, and was a little surprised by the response. Most peeps on this site prefer visual art to written word, and that makes me sad. Surely there has to be something better for the Literature gallery to do to promote their work. I have ideas for that, but I don't anticipate they'd get very far.



Stock News



I don't intend to run from the current climate. Instead, some very dedicated members of the stock community are taking a stand to help support those stock artists who don't know what to do, or don't really understand copyright law. Look for these things in the future, because the cogs are turning. If it's up to us to defend ourselves, then banding together is the only productive solution. I mean, I was angry, but I've had time to think and I'm pretty sure we have some innovative ideas to offer the resources and photomanipulation galleries to help bring some harmony back.
